- Description
- The Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD), Corpus Christi, Texas intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to tear down, inspect, repair, and test four (4) electro-mechanical linear actuators, P/N R5393, for whirl tower #2 to Whippany Actuation Systems, Inc. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Whippany Actuation Systems, Inc. due to being the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the electro-mechanical linear actuators installed on the Simulated Flight Hardware on the Blade Balance Stand (BBS) for whirl tower #2. This solicitation is not a request for quotation. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this requirement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government.
