- Pre-solicitation notice for Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Maintenance on fifteen (15) multiple types of Blast Booth's. Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) intends to issue a Time and Materials with fixed price CLIN's requirements contract for the preventive maintenance and unscheduled maintenance for multiple types of Blast Booth's with one base year and two (2) option years. A performance work statement (PWS) will be posted with the solicitation. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for small business under NAICS 811310-Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment. The free on board (FOB) point is Letterkenny Army Depot (Destination). Solicitation number W911N2-17-R-0018 will be released on or about (O/A) 22 December 2016, with a closing date O/A 26 January 2017. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
