It incorporates two (2) court rooms; 1 District and 1 Magistrate and has a total of 53,741 usable square feet. The scope of the proposed project will include constructing a new addition to an existing building, adding new elevators to an existing building, building a sally port, as well as secure Judges parking, structural changes to support new rooftop sky bridge, restricted circulation path for judges, new sprinkler system, electrical switchgear upgrades and interior renovations and alterations. Instructions on receiving the password for drawings and specifications: To request the password complete and return the attached Document Security form to the Contracting Officer, (electronic submission is preferred). All requests must be in writing. Be advised that all requestors must be "active" in the Central Contractor Registration (SAM) database. Once the Contracting Officer has received your request, the document security form and you have been verified in CCR (SAM), the password will be emailed to the requestor. All requestors must have WINZIP 20 (compatible or newer).
