Description

Performance Work Statement Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-92, Effective 18 November 2016. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) through full and open competition. Details of the requirement shall be IAW (IAW) the Performance Work Statement dated 8 December 2016. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611310, with a size standard of $27.5 million. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract for Histotechnician Educational Affiliation Services at JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, Texas in support of the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC). This RFQ will be conducted as a commercial simplified acquisition IAW FAR 13 procedures.
