Request for Proposal (RFP) No.SOL-117-16-000002, Moldova Structural Reform Program Date Issued: December 13, 2016 Deadline for Questions: December 19, 2016 at 5pm, Kyiv Local Time Closing Date: January 31, 2017 at 5pm, Kyiv local time The United States Agency Mission for International Development in Moldova (USAID/Moldova), through the Regional Contracts Office (RCO) in Kyiv is seeking proposals from qualified companies and organizations interested in implementing the “Moldova Structural Reform Program” as described in this solicitation. Subject to availability of funds, USAID contemplates award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Completion type contract for a period of four (4) years from the date of award. The total estimated value of the award is $10 million - $12 million. The purpose of the Moldova Structural Reform Program is to improve the business and trade enabling environment in Moldova by helping Government of Moldova institutions and private sector accelerate the implementation of trade liberalization mechanisms, adopt structural and business enabling reforms, and improve strategic communications between private and public actors.
