- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted, using other than Full and Open Competition. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four - one year option years The part being procured is Filter, Fluid for NSN 1650-00-764-4694. This is a part numbered item P/N M8815/24, under detail Spec, MIL-F-8815D (1). QPL-8815-36 DTD 18 APR 02 applies. Only approved SOS are those on the QPL. for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 4404 each. The required delivery schedule is 212 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Solicitation issue date is 04 January 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
