- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-0162 for NSN 1650-01-089-0444 which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item being procured is a HEAD, LINEAR ACTUATING CYLINDER for part number 70106-08002-047. Total Small Business Set-Aside procedures will be utilized. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 235 each. The approved sources of supply, ROTAIR INDUSTRIES, INC. CAGE: 54878, TEK PRECISION CO., LTD. CAGE: 65780, and W AND G MACHINE COMPANY CAGE: 33682. The required delivery schedule with Contractor First Article Testing is 392 days. This is an Export Control Item. This is a Critical Item. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 23 December 2016.
