- This notice is to post Request for Proposal SPE4A7-17-R-0346 for NSN 1680-01-533-7217 which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one -year option years. The item being procured is an UPLOCK ASSEMBLY,DOO. Total Small Business Set-Aside procedures will be utilized. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity is 19 each. The approved sources of supply, CAGE: 08844 MARATHONNORCO AEROSPACE INC P/N: A3503-142, CAGE: 08844 MARATHONNORCO AEROSPACE INC P/N: A3503-143 & CAGE:76823 NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS 74B348001-142. The required delivery schedule is 229 days. This is a Critical Item. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 2 JAN 2017.
