- The Marine Corps Systems Command will be conducting a Government/Industry Exchange on 8 December 2016 at 105 Tech Parkway, Stafford, VA. Vendors who have provided their notice of intent or submitted questions to solicitation M67854-17-R-2603 and are interested in meeting with the requirements and contracting team should contact Contract Specialist, Pamela.Brunson@usmc.mil. It is intended the Government/Industry Interchange will be one-on-one meetings to address any outstanding issues with regards to the request for proposal and offerors understanding of the requirements. Meetings will be scheduled in 45 minute increments on a first come, first serve basis. The United States Marine Corps (USMC), Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) is providing an extension to the proposal close date of 3 January 2017. Discussions prompted from Government/Industry exchange December 8, 2016, resulted in a change to this Synopsis. Page 83-Technical Approach page count is changed from 32 to 50. Factor 2: Staffing and Staff Management Approach................20 pages. Cross-Reference Matrix...............................................Unlimited. Page 84. Factor 1-Technical Approach. The Offeror's response shall be detailed enough to evaluate the Offeror's understanding of the work to be performed based on the entire package of requirements and the criteria listed below. In a single Technical Approach proposal, the Offeror shall describe its approach to provide Acquisition and Program Management Support to the solicitation's PWS requirements, and addressing (in subparagraphs) any features that are specific or unique to the CREW, IdOps orGBOSS PWS. Systems teams and prepare required deliverables in accordance with the PWSs for the base contract and Task Orders 0001 - 0003. The Offeror shall fully explain any proposed schedules, processes, procedures, or similar features which are relevant to understanding the proposed approach. Offerors shall detail their approach to completing the tasks as outlined in each of the PWSs.
