- QUESTIONS Regarding the RFQ for the referenced project, will there be requirements for an Industrial Hygienist and Commissioning? The IH and commission are required because of potential asbestos, and lead paint. Commissioning is desired and required when you are designing and constructing negative/positive HVAC spaces that need to be fully balanced and controllable.
