Description

Sole Source J&A Sole Source Synopsis The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB, TX, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the following: Fillet Assembly, part number 3358576-3; Fillet Assembly, part 363009-1L; and Fillet Assembly, part number 363010-1L to LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION of Marietta, GA, 30063, Cage: 98897, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 336413 (Other Aircraft Part and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing), small business size standard: 1,250 EMP. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.
