FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Export control, higher level quality requirements, contract quality requirements, and configuration control apply. Required delivery is 276 days. Solicitation number is SPE4A7-17R-0144 and will result in a firm fixed price contract solicited as Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
