State:Pennsylvania City:Lords Valley Delineated Area:Start at the intersection of I-84 and Rt 402. Proceed west on I-84 until the intersection with I-739. Proceed north on I-739 until the intersection with Rt. 434. Proceed northeast on Rt 434 until the intersection with Rt 6. Proceed west on Rt. 6 until the intersection with Rt. 402. Proceed south on Rt. 402 until returning to origin. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):3,310 Maximum Sq. Ft. However, the customer may request unique space such as a gym and sallyports. The lessor must be willing to work with a government agency that handles detainees. This agency prioritizes stand-alone space that is away from residential neighborhoods, schools, churches, and other public areas. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Lords Valley, PA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
