Description

DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a Sole Source solicitation to Flowe Nitrogen Systems to procure one Nitrogen Generator System to include Training, Installation, IUID Tag and Delivery. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion requested in 120 days ARO. Request for Quote (RFQ) SPE4A817R0002 is Sole Source to Flowe Nitrogen Systems. A complete technical package, VIBB 16-25-1035, Quality Assurance Provision (QAP) 175 and installation instructions are included as a part of the solicitation. Quotes offering to provide a product manufactured by any vendor other than Flowe Nitrogen Systems will not be accepted. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will issue on December 23, 2016 and closing on or about January 23, 2017. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
