The system must utilize capillaries for the separation and detection steps as well as a microtiter plate for application of all reagents. This combination allows for a significant increase in productivity. Fully analyzed data is completed in 3hrs by these methods versus 8-24hrs by traditional Western methods. Process up to 25 samples per run using individual capillaries that are 5cm long and 100 µm inner diameter All assay steps automated and performed in a 400nL volume within a single capillary. Detect proteins at low picogram levels Separate proteins by size from 2-440kDa Perform an assay with a linear dynamic range of three magnitudes of order for true quantitation of results Perform size based separation, capture, covalent immobilization and immunodetection of proteins from a variety of samples All reagents (sample, primary and secondary antibodies and detection solution) accessed from a microtiter plate Utilize chemiluminescent detection Utilize Compass software for assay design, instrument programming and quantitative analysis of results Must fit on lab bench 36cm D x 36cm W x 57cm H Shipping FOB Destination shall be included in the overall price.
