Description

Description: This Solicitation is FOB Destination for a Federal Government designated medical facility. The food items shall be delivered on an "AS NEEDED" basis to the Dietary Department at Northern Navajo Medical Center located at Shiprock, NM. 87420. The period of performance January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017. The food items shall be beverages/food/subsistence and this will include all types, sizes,varieties. Example: canned goods, produce, meat, dry goods, dairy, frozen food, and all other food/beverage items. The contract type is firm fixed price. The government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government. The government shall award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be the best overall value to the government. The selection shall be in compliance with evaluation factors in regards to price, delivery and past performance. All quotes must be received no later than December 14, 2016 3pmEastern Time via email. The attention line must read: NN-14-052. The anticipated award date will be in two weeks after the closing date however that is an estimated award date. An award notification will be sent at that time. Each offer is required to complete their presentations and certifications in the System for Award Management.
