- U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: TN City: KNOXVILLE Delineated Area: N: Route 169; W: Snyder Road/ N. Campbell Station Road; S: State Highway 11; E: S. Northshore Drive Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,682.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,016.1 Space Type: Office (2176 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (4506 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 13 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 120 Firm Term: 120 Soft Term: 0 Option 1 Term: 60 Option 2 Term: 60 Additional Requirements: N/A HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 17-Reg04. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period". The Open Period for December* is December 1, 2016 to December 7, 2016 ending at 11:59 p.m. EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 17-Reg04 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
