The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with organization-fixed unit prices. The projected requirement is for the following training programs, Carpentry, Commercial Driver?s License, Construction, Custodial/Janitorial, Electrical, Horticulture, HVAC, Laundry, Maintenance, Painting, Plumbing, Warehouse and Welding for the Federal Correctional Institution Edgefield, SC. The requirement will be to provide the participants with the opportunity to obtain National Credential through the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) and National Credential through Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) to be offered at the institution.
