Page 1 of 1 This is a notification that the Amarillo VA Health Care System (AMAVAHCS), Amarillo, Texas intends to award a sole-source, 2 month Firm-Fixed Price Contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Amarillo VA Health Care System (AMAVAHCS) currently has a contract for the lease operation of 97 Multi-functional Devices (MFD) located throughout the Amarillo VAHCS and surrounding clinics. The current contract was awarded under VA258-16-C-0086 to TASCOSA OFFICE MACHINES, INC. This interim Contract is intended to insure support until the new contract is awarded. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532420, Office Machinery & Equip Rental & Leasing with a small business size standard of $32.5 million.
