Hendrix Contracting Officer CONTINUATION PAGE Summary Amendment A00003 Vendor Questions and Answers: Q - Will the VA accept a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist that can be split to service both the Dickinson and Williston CBOCs? Or is the expectation that a CPS must be placed full time in both clinics? A Yes. In fact, the Handbook 1101.10 states that there should be approximately 1 CPS per 3 teamlets, or about 3600 patients. In other words, neither location merits a full-time CPS. It would be closer to 0.3 FTE each. Q - Can the CPS be connected to support the CBOCs remotely, through telehealth/telephone/remote CPRS access? A Yes
