Network Contracting Office 22 intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with the PHILIPS ELECTRONICS NORTH AMERICAN, 3000 Minuteman Road, Andover, MA 01810-1099, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-92 addendum. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition.
