- Purpose The purpose of this announcement is to: (1) Change the PdM WF Solicitation number from W15P7T-16-R-0007 to W15P7T-17-R-0009. All future information will be posted to FedBizOpps under solicitation number W15P7T-17-R-0009. (2) Provide the vendor attendees list and presented slide package from the PdM Waveforms Industry Day on 6 October 2016. Vendors interested in this information shall provide Cage Code of applicant/company (Corporate/Principal Office) by email to the POC (Michael Gomes, Phone: 443-861-4967, Email: Michael.m.gomes.civ@mail.mil) no later than 10:00 AM EST on 30 November 2016. (3) Provide Questions presented by vendors and Responses provided from PdM Waveforms based on the RFI and Draft Solicitation posted to FedBizOps on 22 September 2016. This is not a request for new questions on the RFI and Draft Solicitation package. No new questions will be reviewed by the Government at this time. (4) Provide Draft Labor Categories in the file "DRAFT Attachment L003 Labor category Descriptions Example PdM WF SwISS.XLSX "projected to be used for the PdM WF SwISS solicitation. The Government requests vendor concurrence on the provided categories. These labor categories are to be used as a basis for the solicitation and award and may be subject to future updates. The Government requests that if a vendor believes additional/updated labor categories are required, the vendor will update the provided document with the added or updated categories highlighted and justification provided. The Government will consider all provided information; however, the Government is not obligated to make changes based on vendor feedback. (5) The Government intends to provide vendors interested in competing as a Prime contractor for PdM Waveforms SwISS MA-IDIQ an opportunity to meet one-on-one with the Government. The anticipated date for these one-on-one meetings is 8 December 2016. Vendors that want to participate in the Industry Day and one-on-one sessions shall notify Michael Gomes in writing by email (Michael.m.gomes.civ@mail.mil) no later than 10:00 AM EST on 30 November 2016. Vendors are requested to provide the Government with a list of no more than 5 topics intended to be reviewed during the one-on one meetings. Due to limited seating availability, vendors are limited to five (5) total individuals per company. (6) Vendors are advised that Section L Attachment L001 Sample Task Order PWS is available by request. In order to recieve a copy of these attachments, vendors shall submit an email request in writing to the Contract Specialist at: michael.m.gomes.civ@mail.mil. In your request, please indicate what the vendors's intended use is of the documents, and whether or not the vendor intends to compete as a Prime Contractor of Subcontractor on a future procurement for PdM WF SwISS. These documents are For Official Use Only (FOUO), and shall not be further distributed without the express permission from the Contracting Officer. All questions and inquiries shall be submitted by email to the POC (Michael Gomes, Email: Michael.m.gomes.civ@mail.mil) no later than 10:00 AM EST on 30 November 2016.
