Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334510. The Edward Hines Jr VA Medical Center has a need for new three brand name only Nicolet EDX Desktop System Model 982A0597 with Synergy Software. The facilities inpatient and outpatients are in need of the Nicolet EDX System with Synergy Software systems to provide nerve conduction and evoked potential testing. Nicolet EDX Desktop System consisting of: Base Unit one unit will have an EDX 8 channel amplifier (suitable for research studies) two will have an EDX 5 channel amplifier amplifier, control panel electrical stimulator probe computer Synergy software Shipping Two days of Training This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334510 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Responses due are to be submitted by e-mail to Michael J Rosenthal at Michael.rosenthal@va.gov. The information requested must be received no later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on Monday, November 21, 2016.
