- Solicitation Number: 6NY0562A Notice Type: Presolicitation/Amendment Synopsis: U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The United States Government currently occupies 7,804 rentable square feet yielding 7,368 useable square feet fully serviced in Riverhead, NY. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease for 7,804 rentable square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include, but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. State: New York City: Riverside Delineated Area: NORTH : Middle Road, Riverhead SOUTH : Route 25, Riverhead EAST : Route 25, Riverhead (Route 25 turns from East- West to North- South) WEST : Middle Road, Riverhead (Middle road turns from North- South to East – West) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,368 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,368 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Full Term: 10 years (120 months) Firm Term: 5 years (60 months) Option Term: Options are not required but offers for options will be considered Additional Requirements: · First floor, single floor contiguous space is preferred. If unavailable, space can be on one above ground contiguous floor. Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators. · Offered space must be in close proximity to public transportation. A commuter rail, light rail, or bus stop shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the building, but generally not exceeding 2 walkable blocks. · Amenities including restaurants/shopping shall be located within four (4) blocks of offered space. Subleases are not acceptable · The Government requires a fully serviced lease. · Agency special requirements to be addressed in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
