- Revised PPQ Amendment 0001 The following information is being provided as of 31 October 2016 based on some initial questions that need answers prior to the deadline for submitting questions as listed in the RFP. An official amendment to the RFP addressing all questions and answers will be provided after the deadline for submitting questions. When submitting correspondence to CBRNHST@dodiis.mil, please copy william.rilee@dodiis.mil. If you have classified questions that need to be submitted and you do not have access to JWICS, please send a UNCLASSIFIED email to william.rilee@dodiis.mil and CBRNHST@dodiis.mil with a point of contact and phone number in which the Government can call to discuss other possible methods of submitting your classified questions. If you have access and would like to submit your questions via SIPR, please address them to john.manclark@dia.smil.mil The Task Order Statement of Work for Charlie incorrectly lists that there is a total of 37 pages. The correct total of pages is 36. The following information is being provided as of 18 November 2016: Please see the attached Amendment 0001 for answers to submitted questions. Please note the due date has been extended to 13 December 2016.
