- Leader Radio RFI Questions Leader Radio Competition Sensitive PRD Matrix - Blank Leader Radio RFI Checklist - Blank Leader Radio Performance Requirements Document PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE - COMMAND CONTROL COMMUNICATIONS TACTICAL (PEO C3T) HANDHELD, MANPACK, SMALL FORM FIT (HMS) 2-CHANNEL LEADER RADIO Request for Information to Industry: This is a Request for Information (RFI) to be used for market research purposes. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes and it does not constitute a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Responses to this RFI are not considered offers or proposals and the government will not award a contract based on this RFI. The Government is not soliciting for proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI or any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested parties' expense. It is the responsibility of the potential responder to monitor the website for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Included in the RFI are the following documents: (a) 2-Channel Leader Radio Performance Requirement Document (PRD) (b) 2-Channel Leader Radio Competition Sensitive Blank Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) (c) 2-Channel Leader Radio Blank RFI Checklist (d) 2-Channel Leader Radio PRD Requirements Questionnaire Instructions: Responses to the Requirements Questionnaire pertaining to the 2-Channel Leader Radio PRD shall be provided in MS Word or Adobe PDF formats. Any responses considered by the responder to be proprietary shall be clearly marked as proprietary. Comments/Questions pertaining the 2-Channel Leader Radio PRD shall be provided in MS Excel format using the provided 2-Channel Leader Radio Blank Comment Resolution Matrix. Any Comments/Questions consider by the responder to be proprietary shall be provided in a separate tab of the excel file and clearly marked as proprietary. All responses to this RFI shall be only be submitted in writing to Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Contract Specialist, Nancy S. Williams, at nancy.s.williams12.civ.civ@mail no later than 12:00 PM Eastern on 20 DEC 2016. No telephone requests or questions will be accepted. None of the information provided shall contain any classified material or classification markings. There is no page limit on the material that is provided, except that transmittals by e-mail must be contained in a message less than 10MB in size. The government will accept up to two (2) separate email messages from any industry respondent entity.
