Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice Update (18 November 2016) N00024-16-R-5216, Navy Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) Software, will be hence forth referred to as: N00024-17-R-5216, Navy Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) Software. This pre-solicitation notice is provided as an update to all interested parties. The Navy ECDIS Software Competition revised notional schedule is as follows: Event Date RFP Issue 2QFY17 Offerors submit proposals 60 days after RFP Contract Award 1QFY18 To update potential sources, all interested Contractors are requested to identify their interest in this solicitation as a Prime or as a Subcontractor. At a minimum, responses shall include the following: Business name, DUNS number, business address, business website, business size status (i.e., SB, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone SB, SDB, WOSB, LB), point of contact name, mailing address (if different from business address), phone number and email address; Prime Contractors are requested to identify what ECDIS Software Product and subcontractor is/are being considered for use in part or in whole for this solicitation. Responses are requested within 21 days.
