The tasks that comprise this requirement shall be strategically planned and implemented to pro- actively automate and streamline the associated work processes. The current Government facilities are located at the Pentagon, Washington, DC; Mark Center, Alexandria, VA; International Point, Centreville VA; National Declassification Center (NDC), U.S. National Archives, College Park, MD. Additionally, the COR may designate other areas of performance in the NCR region such Crystal City, VA; Washington, DC; Fort Belvoir, VA; or Bethesda, MD.
