- Organization, Planning and Execution of the NATO Transformation Seminar / Young Professionals Day 2017 Organization, Planning and Execution of the NATO Transformation Seminar / Young Professionals Day 2017. The NATO Transformation Seminar (NTS17) will be hosted by SACT in Hungary, Budapest Mar 2017. It presents a unique opportunity for the Secretary General, Permanent Representatives (Perm Reps), Chairman, and Military Representatives (Mil Reps) to discuss the strategic challenges that NATO will likely face over the near to long term. Aim: Bridge NATO post-Summit delivery with pre-Summit 2018 preparation through a strategic pol-mil perspective and military strategy transformational advice by gathering the NATO pol-mil command structure, i.e. SG, NAC, CMC, MC, Bi-SC Commanders, etc., in a less formal environment than NATO HQs.
