Description

The Federal Highway Administration Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) intends to acquire annual software maintenance for 254 Oracle Primavera P6 licenses. Maintenance is required for the following Oracle products: 1. Primavera P6 Project Portfolio Management; 2. Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management; 3. Primavera P6 Progress Reporter; and 4. Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher The maintenance period will be December 19, 2016 - December 18, 2017. It is anticipated that the solicitation will include option items for additional licenses and maintenance of those licenses. The WFLHD intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about November 22, 2016. A copy of the RFQ will be posted on FedBizOpps. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The applicable NAICS code is 511210 - Software Publishers. The size standard is $38.5 million. It is anticipated that award will be made on or about November 30, 2016. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.
