- AMENDMENT NOTICE:This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is N6247817RCF0004 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-92. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336999 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees.This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes.The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2016-11-29 14:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com.FOB Destination shall be Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI 96853 The FLC - Pearl Harbor requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Brand Name OR EQUAL HUNTER: MFR PART NUMBER FM03 - Heavy Duty Truck Wheel Diagnostic Balancer used to balance any size wheel including passenger-car, light-truck, heavy-duty truck, and bus assemblies up to 500lbs. Refer to attached product specifications for more details., 1, EA; LI 002: Brand Name OR EQUAL HUNTER: MFR Part 20-3155-1 - Heavy Duty (HD) Wheel Balancer Accessories: The HD Truck/Car Adaptor "super set" can handle nearly all medium, light, and heavy?duty vehicles from a 6 lug Sprinter to a 22.5 inch truck wheel. Refer to attached product specifications for more details. Kit Must include the following part numbers OR EQUAL: 20?2765?1, 20?1207?1, 20?3116?1, 20?2274?2, and 175-324-1 All Accessories must function with the proposed wheel balancer. Must provide a list of all adaptor parts with quote., 1, KIT; LI 003: Brand Name OR EQUAL HUNTER: MFR Part 20-1602-1 - Three-jaw chuck adaptor for factory steel and some aluminum wheels with centering holes from 3.13 inches to 7.13 inches. The TruckChuck balancing kit is used on the mounting pad side of medium-duty, light-truck, and heavy duty wheels.Refer to attached product specifications for more details., 1, KIT; LI 004: Installation of new Truck Wheel Balancer, and at least four hours of training on operations/maintenance of new truck wheel balancer is required. Refer to attached product specifications for more details., 1, Group; LI 005: Shipping and Freight Costs to final destination in Hawaii., 1, Group; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing quotes, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. FLC - Pearl Harbor is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time quotes.All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their quote using the online exchange located at www.FedBid.com.
