Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) division intends to solicit, negotiate and award with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The intended award is to C&M Truck and Tire Repair Corp, 152 Industrial Loop. Staten Island, NY 10309., to acquire parking spaces for the agency. The requirements for the parking space are as follows: Provide parking spaces for four (4) Government owned buses. Parking space must be within one hour driving time of 201 Varick Street. New York, NY 10014. Must be able to accommodate limited access to federal law enforcement vehicles only and make certain that the Government vehicles are not comingling in common area for security reasons. The facility must have a secure (permit in & out) access, and have 24/7 accessibility. The facility must also be able to provide scheduled maintenance (tune up, oil change, lubrication, tire rotation, fluids, wipers, etc.) by a certified bus mechanic. Additionally empty, sanitize, and refill toilets located onboard, and road test the buses for safety. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; it is for information purposes only. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
