Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-17-R-0060 (replaces VA786-16-R-0308) for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide and install concrete grave liners at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery located in Seville, OH, 44273 with a period of performance of Date of Award through September 30, 2017 with (4) one year options if exercised. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard of 500 employees is applicable. Award will be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, meaning the lowest offer that is technically acceptable and meets all the requirements will be awarded a contract, utilizing the following evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of importance: 1) Technical Capability, 2) Past Performance, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around November 18, 2016. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., December 9, 2016. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
