Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-16-G-0001 to The Boeing Company, 6200 J S McDonnell Blvd, St. Louis, Missouri 63134, for the T-45 Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) Phase 2 on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 6.302. The period of performance will contain a base period and two option periods. Activities to be conducted for this effort are for T-45 SLEP Phase 2 retrofit kits for 2017-2019. The requirements will accomplish the production and delivery of SLEP retrofit kits and Support Equipment/Special Tooling (SE/ST). In addition, the Contractor will also provide retrofit engineering and logistics to support the installation of associated Technical Directives (TDs). This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. This synopsis is provided for information purposes only. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the United States Government.
