- The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 13.106-1 to Taylor & Francis Group, LLC, 6000 Broken Sound Pkwy NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487-2704 for the renewal of annual subscription to Taylor & Francis' journal publications. Taylor & Francis Group, LLC is the sole publisher and provider of the journals and is the only company capable of fulfilling the requirement. The follwoing multiple physical site electronic titles are required: Soil & Sediment Contamination Human & Ecological Risk Assessment Hydrological Sciences Journal International Journal of Pavement Engineering International Journal of Remote Sensing International Journal of River Basin Management & Journal of Hydraulic Research Journal of Energetic Materials Polar Geography Journal of Political Power Waves in Random and Complex Media Weatherwise American Fisheries Society Library This requirement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The intended procureemnt will be classified under NAICS 519130 with Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request of competitive proposals and no solicitation document will exist for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including price and sufficient documentation to determine capability in providing the same or similar product. All statements received by the closing date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform their effort in writing to Robyn.D.Wells@usace.army.mil with solicitation number referenced in the subject line no later than 6:00 PM CST, on November 22, 2016. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
