Description
Statement of Work for BPA student transportation The purpose of this notice is to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide unscheduled services to transport personnel/students to and from DODEA schools or other designated locations. Any company interested in establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Dept. of Defense Education Activity in Europe (DoDEA-E) for such services is encouraged to read the attached Statement of Work. Prospective contractors will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, materials, adaptive seat devices, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform required passenger transportation services in this BPA. Geographic areas for school transportation services being sought are for U.S. military communities in United Kingdom, to include Germany, The purpose of this notice is to identify companies capable of and qualified to provide unscheduled services to transport personnel/students to and from DODEA schools or other designated locations. Any company interested in establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Dept. of Defense Education Activity in Europe (DoDEA-E) for such services is encouraged to read the attached Statement of Work. Prospective contractors will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, materials, adaptive seat devices, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform required passenger transportation services in this BPA. Geographic areas for school transportation services being sought are for U.S. military communities in the United Kingdom. BPA holders will compete for requirements in specified areas for partial day field trips for school classes or trips that could cover up to a few days in duration for sport teams traveling to other cities in Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, or the United Kingdom. Calls (orders) would be made to lowest offeror in response to requests for quotes. If your firm is capable and qualified to provide passenger transportation services in accordance with the attached statement of work and your firm may be interested in entering into a blanket purchase agreement with DoDEA-Europe, please send an email response referencing this announcement Anne Tomlin, anne.tomlin@eu.dodea.edu. Only interested business concerns serious about seeking the establishment of a BPA shall indicate their interest by providing the company name, point of contact, email address, and telephone number. Please note, only businesses with NATO Commercial and Governmental Entity (NCAGE) code, DUNS number, and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be eligible to receive a BPA with the U.S. Dept. of Defense Education Activity. This is a sources sought done as part of market research and is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation nor is this notice a request for quotation. DO NOT submit a quote or proposal in response to this synopsis. For the purpose of this acquisition, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 485410.
