Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 2), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is conducting market research for qualified firms, SDVOSB and VOSB only, capable of providing Hospital Grade LED Televisions and Equipment for the New Jersey Healthcare System, Lyons Campus, located at 151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons NJ 07939. IF RESPONDING AN OR EQUAL BRAND YOU MUST PROVIDE THE SPECIFICATION SHEET OF YOUR SUGGESTED MODEL OR YOU WILL BE DEEMED NON RESPONSIVE. Applicable NAICS Code is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 750 Employees. Please research below models for comprehensive specifications of the desired model: STATEMENT OF WORK PURCHASING OF TELEVISIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY LIVING CENTER (CLC) VA NJHCS, LYONS CAMPUS INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF WORK A construction project within the Community Living Center (CLC) at VA New Jersey Health Care System, Lyons Campus requires the purchase of twenty (20) 43 LG Healthcare LED televisions for single bedrooms for Veterans, Model # 43LX570M and Two (2) 55 LG 55" Commercial LED Model #55LX340H for two day rooms. In addition, (20) Peerless Paramount Articulating Wall Mounts are required for 43 televisions, Model # PA740 for single bedrooms for the Veterans and Two (2) Peerless Tilt Wall mounts, Model # ETTMU for the two day rooms. REQUIREMENT: The purchase and delivery of the following: Twenty (20) 43 LG Healthcare LED Televisions, Model # 43LX570M Twenty (20) Peerless Paramount Articulating Wall Mounts, Model # PA740 Two (2) 55 Commercial LED Televisions, Model # 55LX340H Two (2) Peerless Tilt Wall mounts, Model # ETTMU Minimum two year warranty on televisions.
