- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE of a proposed requirement to award one (1) Liquid Scintillation Counter System. This action also requires shipping and all necessary items to immediately start processing. # Description Est. Qty. Unit 1 PERKIN ELMER (OR EQUAL) TRI-CARB 4910TR AND ACCESSORIES. SHIPPING SHALL ALSO BE INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE. 1 EA Salient Characteristics Liquid Scintillation Counter The requirement is for one (1) Perkin Elmer TRI-CARB 4910TR Liquid Scintillation Counter system. The instrument is a computer-controlled, bench top liquid scintillation analyzer for detecting alpha, beta and gamma radioactivity. In addition the instrument must be capable of accurate ultra-low counts of less than or equal to 50 cpm. Live SpectraView automatic spectrum display Multi-parameter linear multichannel analyzer with ½ keV resolution, extended dynamic quench range TR-LSC (Time-Resolved Liquid Scintillation Counting) 133Ba low energy external standard source and tSIE (transformed Spectral Index of External standard) Quick-Count sample loading for 30 independent protocols Automatic power-fail recovery Anti-jam recovery of sample changer Bi-directional sample conveyor with capacity for 20, 7 and 4ml vials that can be intermixed in vial size Ultra-Low counting module that with accurate counting of samples below 50cpm Group PrioStat interrupt mode Automatic decay computation Built in computer system with windows 8.1, 4GB RAM, 250 GB hard drive (minimum), three USB ports (minimum) SpectraWorks spectrum analysis software QuantaSmart software Dimensions; 18.5 Hx 40.5 Wx 32 D or less.
