Description

Sources Sought Synopsis Only The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business or large business) relative to NAICS 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the Replies received to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO and/or ebuy. Contractors responding to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. General Requirements: This Source Sought is to seek potential Contractor(s) to provide Preventative Maintenance and Inspection (PMI) and intervening service calls FOR Government-owned Reverse Osmosis System, used for Hemodialysis. Hemodialysis units are located at VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357 and VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. Period of Performance is December 1, 2016 through November 30, 2017.
