- RFP RSV DDG 80 AMENDMENT 0002 FINAL RFP RSV DDG 80 AMENDMENT 0001 FINAL **AMENDMENT CLARIFICATION** The amendment numbering on FBO does not represent the actual solicitation amendments to date. To date, there have only been two solicitation amendments issued. All of the documents posted on FBO on 27 October 2016 (J-3 ERL DDG 80 Rev 1, J-4 Pricing Spreadsheet DDG 80 Rev1 LOCKED, J-5 QASP DDG 80 Rev1, and RFP RSV DDG 80 AMENDMENT 0001) support amendment 01 to the original solicitation. In addition, the following documents were not posted to FBO but also support amendment 01 to the solicitation: J-1 USS ROOSEVELT Addendum One Package, J-1 USS ROOSEVELT Errata One Package, J-1 USS ROOSEVELT Errata Two Package, and J-2 References (68 Items Total). All of the documents posted on FBO on 3 November 2016 (J-3 ERL DDG 80 Final Rev 2, J-4 Pricing Spreadsheet DDG 80 Rev2 LOCKED, and RFP RSV DDG 80 AMENDMENT 0002) support amendment 02 to the original solicitation. In addition, the following documents were not posted to FBO but also support amendment 02 to the solicitation: J-1 USS ROOSEVELT Addendum Two Package, J-1 USS ROOSEVELT Errata Three Package, J-1 USS ROOSEVELT Errata Four Package, and J-2 References (47 Items Total). Additionally, amendment 01 and 02 were inadvertently posted as draft versions (U0001 and U0002). The final versions (0001 and 0002) are hereby attached and should be the versions utilized when submitting proposals.
