(h) Customer Support: Contractor s Dental Laboratory will provide professional case consultation and responsive, knowledgeable customer support representatives. An ideal local lab would be able to provide in-person shade matching and personalized pick-up and delivery. If local commercial dental laboratories do not exist or meet quality criteria, then Regional Dental laboratories will be considered. In this case, in-person shade matching and personalized pick-up and delivery would not be practical, and would not be considered in the selection criteria.
