Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide both annual and quarterly radiological services/inspections by a health physicist certified by the American Board of Radiology or other nationally recognized/accredited agency. A certified health physicist is required to meet National Health Physics Program (NHPP) requirements. The source shall furnish all supervision, labor, travel, equipment, parts and supplies to furnish annual physicist inspections for all radiological equipment and accessories located at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602. Period of Performance is January 1, 2017 December 31, 2017. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 541380. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about November 18, 2016. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
