- Sources Sought Notice/Intent: This sources sought notice is to gather market information and capability statements. Responses to the notice will be used to determine the acquisition strategy for a future competition. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for proposals. Phone calls and emails requesting information about a future requirement will not be returned. The government will not reimburse any company for costs incurred from responding to this notice. Purpose: The purpose of this notice is to identify companies with experience in managing inspection teams, with coordinating inspections in multiple locations (states and territories), and with experience in providing inspection, analysis and reporting services. This requirement is currently in the 8(a) program but all interested vendors are encouraged to submit a capability statement. Background: The National Guard is responsible for staffing and maintaining the readiness of its emergency response teams (WMD-CST, HRF, CERFP). These teams provide support to the states and territories during natural or man-made disasters and emergencies. Requirement: To advance and promote optimal performance, the National Guard reviews its teams to determine current operational status. Contract services are used to support the review process (inspection, data collection, reporting, etc.) Contractors support the Government during the review to determine to readiness and regulatory compliance. Capability Statement •· Describe and discuss the company's background, history, and experience with the same or similar type services. •· Company and Contact information: provide the company's name and address, and a point of contact's name, phone and email address •· Business Size: •o identify your business size (large or small) under the NAICS code 541611, and •o provide the NAICS under which similar services were provided if services were not provided under 541611 •· Socioeconomic Status: if applicable, provide the socioeconomic status (small business, small disadvantaged and type 8(a) ANC, HUBZone, etc.) •· Previous Experience: provide a brief description of the services provided and highlight services provided in the following areas: inspection type contracts, multiple locations or national contracts, evaluation teams, analysis and reporting. •· Provide the agency's name and contract number, dollar value and performance dates •· Identify the role (prime or subcontractor) and identify prime or subcontractor partner (if applicable).
