Description

Attachment 2 includes a revised DD254, Dated 28-Oct-2016. RFP N00421-15-R-0043, Amendment 0002 includes minor changes to the solicitation. Attachment P8 addresses Question & Answers 3-8; of which, some include changes to the RFP. Amendment 0002 is posted to address Questions & Answers (Q&As) 3-8 received under this solicitation and are included in Attachment P8. Attachment 2 has been replaced with a new DD254, dtd. 20161028 and is included in this amendment. Key Personnel requirements have also changed and revisions to the RFP have been made. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0002 by returning one (1) signed SF 33 copy as instructed in the RFP.
