- The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Retreat Services (Lodging, Meals, and Meeting Space) in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) incorporated within the attached RFQ N00189-17-T-G008. This is a SYNOPSIS for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). The RFQ number is N00189-17-T-G008. The NAICS code is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, and the small business standard is $32.5 Million dollars. This is a small business set-aside. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the Purchasing Agent via e-mail or fax ONLY. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the vendor s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil. Lack of registration in the System Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov will make a vendor ineligible for award. NO BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT ACCOMPANYING SUBMISSION OF COMPLETED DFARS PROVISIONS 252.203-7996, FAR 52.222-22 AND FAR 52.209-11, WITH THE QUOTES. Payment will be made with Wide Area Work Flow. DO NOT SUBMIT QUOTES VIA NECO S SUBMIT BUTTON , as there is no guarantee that it will be forwarded. SUBMIT QUOTES EITHER BY E-MAIL OR FAX.
