Description

VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) contracting office anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price construction contract for the Dallas Texas VA Core Lab HVAC Replacement. The project number is 549-CSI-215 and is located at the Dallas Texas VA, 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas TX 75216. The contractor is responsible for, but not limited to, furnish all labor, tools and materials, equipment and supervision to construct and install a new HVAC System for the Core Lab at the North Texas Veterans Healthcare System property. All project work will be performed on site at the VA Medical Center located in Dallas Texas, 75216. Complete project work which includes, but is not limited to; demolition of exiting HVAC, electrical, and interior improvements. The period of performance is 180 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The method of procurement shall be an Invitation For Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14 and 36. The issue date will be on or about November 15, 2016. The bid due date will be on or about December 16, 2016. This procurement is a 100% Set Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), under Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The NAICS code is 236220, with business size standard at $36.5 Mil. Probable Cost Range : $100,000 - $250,000.
