ATTACHMENT C ATTACHMENT B SOLICITATION ATTACHMENT A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued; proposals are being requested in response to this notice. The solicitation number is HSFE06-17-R-4277 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2010-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 424410, General Line Grocery Merchant Wholesalers, and 424490, Other Grocery and Related Products Merchant Wholesalers, with a small business size standard of 100 employees for both NAICS codes. The Government's requirement is to support the purchase and delivery of preassembled boxes of supplemental food items to food banks in Baton Rouge, and New Orleans, Louisiana
