Description

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA ) maintains three (3) active ISO 9001:2008 certifications with compliant quality management system for three separate groups. The three (3) groups have recently undergone a realignment and are now combined. Therefore, the FAA will be consolidating two certifications into one for part of the group; and a stand-alone certification will remain for the third group. After September 2018, certificates for ISO 9001:2008 will no longer be valid. In order to maintain active certification, transitioning both groups from 2008 to 2015 version is required. This market survey is being issued to determine the level of competition for the requirement. The statement of work (SOW) is attached. The NAICS code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $11.0 million. In order to do business with the Federal Government you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Interested parties are to complete the attached business declaration and complete the attached Questionnaire. Responses to this survey are due by 5 pm CT on Monday, November 28, 2016. The FAA will not pay for any costs incurred regarding responding to this survey. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Officer @ michele.d.mustin@faa.gov.
