Description

This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at https://www.fbo.gov. This is a synopsis for noncommercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is unrestricted. NAICS Code: 541511 with a size standard of $27.5M. NUWC Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to enhance and upgrade the Database Software Creation (DSC) Module. Required delivery is 30 March 2016 or sooner; F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI. NUWCDIVNPT is expected to place a purchase order with Mercer Engineering Research Center (MERC), Warner Robins, GA. MERC is the only know provider of enhancing and upgrading because they are the creator of the initial software. The anticipated release date of solicitation N66604-17-Q-0246 is 9 November 2016.
