- Statement of Work (DRAFT) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 10. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued for the provision of water treatment services. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The service will be provided for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Medical Center in Ayer, Massachusetts. Please answer the following questions: 1. Can your firm provide the services in compliance with the requirements listed in the Statements of Work? 2. Do you have any issues/questions/concerns with the Statement of Work? 3. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, which sets the small business size standard at $15.0 (below $15.0 million in gross revenue is considered small, above $15.0 million in gross revenue is considered large). Based on this standard, what is your business size, small or large? 4. Is your firm eligible for participation in one of the following small business programs? If so, please indicate the program. 8(a) program, HUBZone, woman-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business. 5. Can your firm provide firm fixed unit prices for future contract periods (for example: a contract with a base year and four option years, equating a total of five years)? 6. Can your firm provide pricing for the requirements in the Statement of Work as a monthly charge for all supplies, labor, testing, training, etc.? 7. How many calendar days does your firm need to prepare a quotation resulting from this solicitation? 8. Is your company registered, and active, in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov)? 9.
